PROGRAMME ADVERTISING
Advertising is available in the Souvenir Programme at the following rates:
Business Card (2" x 3.5"): $40
Quarter Page (4" x 5"): $60
Half Page (8" x 5"): $90
Full Page (8.5" x 10"): $150
*Inside Front Cover – Full Colour (8.5" x 11"): $200
*Inside Back Cover – Full Colour (8.5" x 11"): $200 -- SOLD
*Outside Back Cover – Full Colour (8.5" x 11"): $300 -- SOLD
Please pay close attention to the following mechanical specifications when preparing your ads:
- Ads should be submitted via email to advertising@dancesportalberta.org.
- Programme is black and white (grayscale), except covers (IFC, IBC, OBC)
- Ads must be print ready.
- Electronic files only
- No bleeds
- A 1/4" safety as been included in the ad sizes above.
- Finished programme size is 8.5" x 11".
- Programme is coil bound .
- PDF files should be submitted whenever possible. We are unable to accept the following formats: MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Corel.
- Files must be high resolution (300 dpi for images, 1200 dpi for text and line art).
- Images taken from your website are only 72 dpi and not high enough quality for print.
- * Inside Front Cover, Inside Back Cover and Outside Back Cover are full colour, and full bleed (file must include 1/8" bleed and maintain a 1/8" safety-zone for all critical information with a 1/2" safety recommended for bound edge), file MUST be high resolution (300 dpi for images, 1200 dpi for text and line art).

VENDOR TABLES
Vendor space is available in the foyer of the event.
- Cost is $100 per vendor space (includes two tables).
- Additional tables are $20 each.
- General admission tickets are not included in the cost.
- Tables are available on a priority basis.
